The support mechanism behind the software is often just as important, If not more. As a family-oriented company, we take our customers’ needs beyond the actual software very seriously and have invested quite a bit of time and money into our infrastructure and support mechanisms.

Our support team comprises professionals from many different disciplines. We have people that have worked for years in the recycling business as well as many technology professionals. We like to think of ourselves as “Geeks, with boots”. This balance and diversity provides our customers with a superior experience.

Every step of the way, you will be treated with courtesy and professionalism from people that actually care about your business. Starting with the initial installation and training process, through ongoing support for day to day activities and follow up training / system tuning to help you get the most out of our system.

Should you have an issue or need a modification, every move that we make is documented and presented to you. All Changes, fixes, modifications, etc. are listed with every build and sent to you prior to an update so you know what to expect out of the system.


There are many reasons why we have customers that have been with us over 20 years. Support is probably one of the most important ones. When you call, a person will answer the phone. When you have an issue, a tracking ticket will keep you abreast of everything we do. Nothing gets lost and everything gets documented.
