ROM Infinite is more than “just another dispatch software.” It delivers a truly next-generation user application experience. The primary user interface is delivered via web browser, allowing users on any platform (PC, iPad, Android Tablet, etc.) to access a user-friendly and feature-rich system.
Advanced Geo-Fencing
Using either a map or a satellite view, a user can trace the area that is the customer location. The system now recognizes those GPS coordinates as belonging to this customer's location and uses that information for things like monitoring when a driver comes onsite, triggering automated email alerts, etc.
GPS Tracking & Optical Recognition
Dispatch knows where your drivers and equipment are. ALWAYS! Drivers use their phones’ cameras via OCR to track bins and other asset movements with the Drivers App. Additional pictures can be added to resolve problems at any time.
Time Awareness
Utilizing GPS and geofence technologies that automatically start and stop time tracking, understand how long you drivers are on the road and know how long they are taking at facilities.
