Our software consultants are the backbone of our excellent customer service and provide ROM user support and technical support with ROM-associated applications.

21st Century Programming’s Helpdesk is involved in almost every aspect of an installation project. The Helpdesk provides testing for the databases and the rom application, as well as training to the customer prior to implementation of the program. In the actual installation, our software consultants travel to the customer's site to train and provide support to new ROM users. After installation of ROM, our support team is a customer’s first contact for questions or concerns regarding the program before being directed to the appropriate IT specialist.

Our staff has been involved in over 300 ROM installations from North America to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Support Services:

Quick Training - Ad hoc information or help on ROM as part of your typical workload.

Scheduled Training - Schedule a structured training class for new employees or to increase staff knowledge in particular areas.

Modification Request - Submit a request to have your modification added to our calendar.

Report A Problem - Select to report issues with ROM, such as bugs, unexpected event messages, calculation errors or lost transactions.
